Passport Acceptance Facility
The International Programs & Services office at the University of Minnesota Duluth proudly operates a U.S. Passport Facility, that is open to the public. U.S. citizens may apply for, have an official passport or visa photo taken, or learn how to renew a passport all in the same location. We provide services by appointment only.
