Admission to a UMD Degree Program
Admission to the ELCI Intensive English Program includes conditional admission to UMD degree programs. Students interested in English-only programs are welcome to apply, contact us.
TOEFL / IELTS / Duolingo Waivers & Conditional Admission
Students who complete the ELCI program do not need to submit TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo test results.
